Randall Platt IAAI-CFI, NAFI-CFEI is a seasoned fire analyst and captain with extensive experience in fire investigations and prevention. Currently serving as a fire analyst at NEFCO Fire Investigations since June 2015, Randall conducts witness interviews, examines fire scenes for origin and cause, captures photographic evidence, and compiles detailed reports. As a captain at Jackson County Fire Protection since August 2000, responsibilities include fire prevention, suppression, training, and investigation, along with developing pre-fire plans for local businesses and schools. From February 2002 to November 2021, Randall worked as a wildland firefighter and equipment operator at the Mississippi Sandhill Crane National Wildlife Refuge. Randall holds an Associate's of Applied Science in Fire Science/Fire-fighting from Columbia Southern University and a diploma from Vancleave High School.
