Norman Mushkot

Norman Mushkot, CFA, is an experienced compensation analyst with a strong background in global compensation consulting and process analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Compensation Analyst at Cruise and previously at Varo Bank, Norman has also held roles at Sumo Logic as a Global Compensation Consultant and at Guidewire Software as a Process and Data Analyst in Compensation and Benefits. Early in the career, Norman worked as a Systems & Operations Lead at Bedell Frazier Investment Counselling. Educational credentials include a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara and an advanced degree from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
