Isabelle B. has over 9 years of experience in the software engineering industry, with a focus on developing and delivering new products, implementing new features, and mentoring junior engineers. Isabelle began their career as a Software Engineer at ShoreTel, where they learned Objective-C and played an essential role in creating and implementing new features for the company's client product, ShoreTel Connect. Isabelle eventually rose to the position of Technical Lead Software Engineer before transitioning to Mitel, where they worked as a Technical Lead Software Engineer and was responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering multiple products. In 2018, Isabelle joined Wonder Workshop as a Senior Software Engineer, where they coordinated with Microsoft's PXT team and mentored junior engineers. After three years there, they moved to Epic! Kids, where they held the role of Senior Software Engineer and later became the Tech Lead/Manager. During their time there, Isabelle co-led the web team through Byju's acquisition of Epic, managed 3-4 direct reports, conducted interviews, and implemented various improvements, including a new account source tracking system and Angular Upgrade project. In May 2023, Isabelle will begin working as a Sr. Software Engineer at Nefeli Networks.
