Rachel Condon

Rachel Condon is an experienced Learning and Development Specialist and Project Coordinator at Neg Earth Lights since August 2019. With a diverse freelance career as a Production Stage Manager since 2011, Rachel has worked on various performances, including plays, musicals, and dance productions. Prior to their current role, Rachel served as a Production Hire Coordinator at White Light Ltd and held the position of Deputy Technical Manager at HQ Theatres & Hospitality. Additional experience includes roles as a Stage Manager at Heriath Arts and Tooting Arts, where Rachel managed the production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream." Rachel earned a degree in Stage Management and Technical Theatre from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts (ALRA) from 2009 to 2011.
