Nancy Cali

Nancy Cali has extensive experience in talent development and financial services, currently serving as a Performance and Learning Architect at USF Federal Credit Union since June 2014. In this role, Nancy focuses on enhancing talent development and fostering high-caliber, self-motivated learners. Prior to this, Nancy worked at GTE Federal Credit Union for a decade, starting as a Financial Services Representative and advancing to a Member Relationship Officer, where the emphasis was on providing exceptional member experiences. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Training Specialist at Assurant Group from June 1989 to July 2003, along with developing and delivering training classes for employees. Nancy holds a B.A. in Mass Communications/Public Relations from the University of South Florida and an A.S. in Journalism from Miami Dade College.
