James Pitty

James Pitty is a Learning and Development Business Partner at Wates Group since June 2019, bringing extensive experience in learning and development roles. Prior to this, James served as Learning and Development Manager and Leadership Development Manager at AJW Group from January 2014 to May 2019, where key contributions included implementing a learning management system and introducing innovative learning techniques. James also held various positions at AJ Walter Aviation, including AOG Customer Service Executive, and began a career in education as a Classroom Teacher at Wray Common Primary School in 2011. Academically, James holds a CIPD Level 7 certificate, completed a graduate teacher training program at the University of Sussex, and earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Science from the University of Chichester.
