Hugo McIntosh has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Hugo began their career as a Commercial Manager at CAT Group in 1998, where they worked until 2005. Hugo then joined Mercomar as a General Manager from 2005 to 2006. Following that, they worked at ILVA s.a. as an Administration & Logistics Manager - Inl. sales from 2006 to 2008.

In 2008, Hugo joined Berry Global, Inc., starting as a Sales & Marketing Director until 2012. Hugo then served as a Senior Director Hygiene Sales South America from 2012 to 2014. Later, they were promoted to Vice President Commercial South America in 2014, a position they held until 2017.

In 2017, Hugo worked independently as International Business Development, Business Management, and Commercial Development. Hugo then joined Negotiation by Design in 2018 as the Chief Sales Marketing Officer. Currently, they are working as a Certified Professional Coach at Mc Intosh Consulting SAS since 2019.
