Renee Butler is a seasoned network engineer with extensive experience in IT management and technical support. Since February 2009, Renee has been responsible for maintaining the lab network and hardware at NEI, including customer image creation and operating system security. Prior roles include serving as Regional Technology Manager at H&R Block, where Renee coordinated technology for over 350 offices, managed staff, and developed training programs. As Director of IT at Museum Enterprise Partners, responsibilities included maintaining systems, supervising a team, and troubleshooting connectivity issues. Additionally, Renee has technical support experience from Compaq/Microcom. Renee holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Newbury College.
