Shantel H.

Shantel H. is an experienced educator currently serving as a 4th and 5th Grade Science Teacher and a 1st and 2nd Grade Science Teacher at Neighborhood Charter Schools since August 2021. Prior to this role, Shantel was an Associate Teacher at Success Academy Charter Schools from August 2020 to May 2021 and worked as a Program Impact Coordinator at YWCA USA, implementing educational activities for elementary students. Additional experience includes co-facilitating English language lessons for survivors of domestic violence with Nos Sobran Los Motivo, serving as an Operations Intern at Harlem Village Academies, and working as a Spring Fellow Assistant with iEARN-USA. Shantel holds a Master of Art in Teaching from Relay Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Dickinson College, among other educational qualifications.
