Megan Melcher is the SVP, Retail at Neighborhood Goods. Megan has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry. Megan has held positions at Neiman Marcus Group and Converse. At Neiman Marcus Group, they were responsible for leading cross-functional projects to drive unique experiences and innovation. At Converse, they were responsible for developing and executing the strategic plan for all Retail formats to expand share-of-wallet with their target consumer. Megan is a strong leader with a proven track record in talent management and developing a strong and capable team. Megan is passionate about the retail industry and is always looking for new opportunities to improve the customer experience.
