Sarah Frantz

Sarah Frantz is a Family Nurse Practitioner at Neighborhood Health, providing care for the medically under-served. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at Inova Health System, with experience in medical surgical intensive care units and emergency departments. Sarah also has a background as an Intensive Care Nurse at Carilion Clinic and Veterinary Technician Assistant at VCA Alexandria Animal Hospital. Additionally, Sarah served as an Assistant Language Teacher in Japan through the JET Program. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from George Mason University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing and various other degrees from the same university.
