The Human Resources Team at Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. oversees talent acquisition, employee benefits, training and development, and organizational culture to ensure a supportive and efficient work environment. They also manage internal communications and drive initiatives for equity and inclusion to bolster employee satisfaction and retention across all locations, including the mobile unit.
