Melissa Payne

Melissa Payne has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Melissa began their career in 2011 as a Human Resources Manager at Neighborhood Health Center. Later, they joined Neighborhood Health Center of WNY, Inc. where they held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer. Currently, they serve as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company.

Melissa Payne holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree from D'Youville University, a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from D'Youville University, and an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Erie Community College.
