Joseph Carnevale

Joseph Carnevale has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on data analysis and analytics. Joseph began their career at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts in 2002 as a Healthcare Data Analyst. Joseph then joined Harvard Pilgrim Health Care in 2006 as a Sr. Financial Analyst. In 2009, they returned to Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island as a Lead Health Data Analyst, a role they held until 2015. From 2015 to 2016, Joseph worked as the Director of Analytics at Prospect Medical Holdings, Inc. Joseph then joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Rhode Island again in 2016, this time as the Lead Health Data Analyst. Joseph's most recent position is as the Health Care Data Analysis Project Lead at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, a role they have held since April 2019.

Joseph Carnevale attended Bryant University from 1985 to 1989, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Applied Actuarial Mathematics.
