Rina Kodendera has a diverse background in organizational learning and talent management. Rina'smost recent position is as the Head of Organizational Learning and Talent Management at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, starting in September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Grubhub as the Enterprise Learning Lead from January 2020 to August 2022. In this role, they developed and implemented an enterprise-wide learning program, identified and addressed the learning needs of global tech teams, and created team- and role-specific learning curriculums.
Before Grubhub, Rina served as the Chief Operating Officer at Keva Health from March 2019 to January 2020. Rina also held the role of Innovation Lead at Keva Health from January 2018 to March 2019, where they created a learning program for all roles and established the Organizational Development function. In addition, they conducted onboarding and training interventions in a fast-paced environment.
Prior to their time at Keva Health, Rina worked as an Organizational Development Consultant in the consulting industry from 2015 to 2017. Rina consulted with learning startups, defined value propositions and pricing for learning solutions, and improved gamified learning interventions for global rollout.
Rina also has experience in the education sector, having served as a Leadership Development Volunteer at Avoca School District 37 from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they ran sessions for parents on navigating high school and college applications, and implemented a multi-year leadership development program based on Steven Covey's "Seven Habits" for schools.
Earlier in their career, Rina worked at Sapient Consulting as the Global Head of Learning and Development from 2004 to 2008. In this role, they led teams across multiple countries to create a company-wide learning culture, partnered with talent acquisition for onboarding programs, and linked competencies and performance appraisals with training modules. Prior to that, they held the position of Manager Learning and Development at Sapient from 2000 to 2004, where they aligned employee learning plans to increase proficiency during a period of rapid growth.

Rina Kodendera obtained a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Computer Science from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electronics from Fergusson College. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design from LinkedIn in March 2021.
