Stephen Tombs

Stephen Tombs has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Stephen is currently working as a Health Data Analyst Project Lead at Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island since July 2022. Prior to this, they worked at CVS Health from July 2017 to July 2022, where they held roles as a Manager Third Party Finance - Accounting/Analytics and a Senior Analyst - Third Party Finance.

Before joining CVS Health, Stephen was a SQL Developer at Linear Title & Closing from June 2014 to January 2017. Stephen also has experience as the Owner/Captain of Shearwater Sportfishing from April 2009 to July 2014.

Stephen's earlier experience includes working as the Director of Actuarial at Delta Dental of Rhode Island from May 2008 to January 2014. Prior to that, they held several roles at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, including Director of Actuarial, Actuarial Manager of Senior Markets, Director of Underwriting, and Manager of Large Group Underwriting from 1995 to 2008. Stephen started their career as an Underwriter at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island from May 1992 to October 1995.

Stephen Tombs attended the University of Rhode Island from 1987 to 1992. Stephen earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics during this time.
