Adrian Zavala has over 20 years of experience in marketing and communications. Adrian has held various leadership roles in different organizations, including Neighborhood Healthcare, North County Health Services, Hartwell Medical LLC, PennWell, RedFlash Group, Powr-Flite | A Tacony Company, Zavala Creative Consultants, and Vision West, Inc. Adrian's expertise includes directing marketing and community engagement activities, leading community relations, managing marketing campaigns, and implementing digital marketing initiatives. Adrian has a strong track record of developing strategies, building partnerships, and achieving positive revenue growth through effective marketing techniques. Adrian has also demonstrated proficiency in utilizing traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize ROI and improve organizational culture.

Adrian Zavala obtained their Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from Palomar College in 1996. Adrian then pursued further education and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia from National University, graduating in 2006. In the following years, Adrian completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing, also from National University, concluding their studies in 2008. Adrian has also obtained additional certifications, including a Supervising Employees Certificate Program from CSUSM Extended Learning in November 2019, and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from GoLeanSixSigma.com in March 2019.
