Rochelle Hazard

Rochelle Hazard currently serves as the Director of Inclusion Diversity Equity and Access at Neighborhood House, a position held since November 2018. Prior to this role, Rochelle was the Director of YWCA Angelines from October 2009 to November 2016 at YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish. Rochelle earned a Bachelor's degree in Education and Outreach from The Evergreen State College, completing studies between 2005 and 2007.
