Dave Nieto

Dave Nieto is a seasoned professional in both the mortgage and yoga industries. Currently serving as a National Recruitment Specialist at Neighborhood Loans since January 2021, Dave focuses on aligning top mortgage professionals with an innovative and service-oriented platform. Prior to this role, Dave held various positions in recruitment and business development, including National Recruiting Manager at Paramount Bank and Director of Business Development at Homebridge Financial Services. Alongside a robust career in recruitment, Dave has been a Certified Yoga Teacher at iHeartYoga.Org since May 2020, utilizing insights from competitive sports and a background in lifeguarding to enhance yoga practice. Dave is also certified as an E-RYT 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training by Yoga Alliance. An alumnus of California State University, Chico, with a degree in Organizational Communications, Dave is dedicated to fostering authentic connections in both professional and wellness domains.
