Scott Hepburn

Scott Hepburn has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Scott began their career as an Assistant Network Systems Engineer at Purdue University Computing Center, where they worked from 1996 to 1999. Scott then joined AT&T, where they held various roles including Sr. Advanced Technical Support - SS7/Telecom Support from 1999 to 2015, and Sr. Advanced Technical Support - Cloud NFV Support from 2015 to 2019. At AT&T, they gained expertise in Linux VM design, deployment, and maintenance, BASH shell scripting, cloud computing framework design, and troubleshooting. After AT&T, they worked at Genesys as a Sr. Automation & Platform Engineer from 2019 to 2021, focusing on endpoint deployment and management using Intune/MS Endpoint Manager. Scott also worked on device inventory integration and software package deployment. Most recently, they worked at Updater as a Sr. IT Solutions Admin from 2021 to 2023, where they focused on driving automation and efficient IT helpdesk practices through Okta optimization, FreshService documentation, and automated endpoint deployments. Scott migrated the HybridAD endpoint deployment into a pure AzureAD and Okta integrated solution. Currently, Scott Hepburn is working as the Information Technology Infrastructure Team Lead at The N2 Company.

Scott Hepburn obtained an Associate of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Purdue University, completing their education from 1994 to 1999.
