Brett Dirr

Brett Dirr has extensive work experience in the field of IT infrastructure and operations. Their most recent position is the Vice President of Infrastructure Technology at Neighborly®, which they started in December 2021. Before that, they worked at bswift for six years, where they held various roles including Director of IT Infrastructure & Operations and Manager of System Engineering. Prior to that, Brett worked at Walgreens as a Systems Engineer, specifically focusing on designing and supporting their EHR/EMR application. Brett also has experience at Progressive Insurance, where they worked as a Senior IT Systems Engineer and IT Operations Analyst, among other roles. Brett's expertise includes engineering, designing, planning, and analyzing systems, as well as being a point of contact for different applications and working as a liaison between multiple lines of business.

Brett Dirr graduated from Ohio University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Information and Telecommunication Systems. In 2020, they obtained various certifications including the Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®) from the Project Management Institute, the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS), and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, also from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
