Chris A Rooker

Chris A Rooker, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience across various industries and roles. They currently hold the position of Chief People Officer at Neighborly Software starting in 2024. Prior to that, they worked as the Global Human Resources Director at Incentive Solutions from 2021 to 2023. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the HR Director at Consulate Health Care. In 2017, they worked as the Global HRIS Project Manager at Mativ (formerly Neenah Paper, Inc.), focusing on transforming the employee and manager experience. Before that, from 2013 to 2016, they held multiple roles at PruittHealth, including Regional Human Resources Business Partner and HRIS Analyst/HR Generalist. They also worked as an HR Shared Services Analyst at PruittHealth in 2013. Prior to their career in HR, they were a Program Manager and Acting Director at Perimeter Church from 2006 to 2010. They started their career at Creative Memories as a Marketing Manager from 1997 to 2005. Lastly, they worked at AT&T as an IT Project Manager and IT Software Developer from 1990 to 1997, where they were involved in revamping the corporation's financial process and coordinating large teams.

Chris A Rooker, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information Systems from Georgia State University. They also hold a Human Resources Management Certificate from The University of Georgia. Additionally, Chris obtained their SHRM-CP certification in 2015 from the Society for Human Resource Management.
