Allison Brunton

Allison Brunton has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Allison is currently serving as a Recruiting Manager at Neighborly® since December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Partner at IBM from October 2021 to January 2023. Allison also worked at Neighborly® as a Talent Advisor from September 2017 to October 2021. Before joining Neighborly®, they gained experience as a Healthcare Recruiter at Baylor Scott & White Health from March 2015 to September 2017. Additionally, Allison worked as a Corporate Recruiter at PDI Software from November 2012 to March 2015 and as an HR Assistant at Kohl's from July 2010 to September 2012.

Allison Brunton has a Master of Science (MS) in Organizational Development from Abilene Christian University. Allison also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resources Management from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
