Jeremy W.

Jeremy W. has extensive work experience in franchise development and sales. Jeremy started their career as a Research Analyst at Dinan & Company, where they later became an Associate and then a Senior Associate. Jeremy then joined Re-Bath, LLC as a Franchise Development Director and later as the Director of Franchise Development. Jeremy was responsible for expanding the company's franchise network in the home services industry.

After their time at Re-Bath, LLC, Jeremy worked at Property Management Inc. as a Franchise Development Manager, where they were involved in the sales process, marketing, lead generation, and process improvements. Jeremy then joined Junk King Franchise Systems as the Vice President of Business Development, overseeing both franchise sales and the management of large National Accounts.

Jeremy's next role was at Authority Brands, where they took on the position of Franchise Development Manager - Conversions and later became the Franchise Development Manager for Trade Brands. Jeremy was responsible for developing and implementing a franchise conversion program and managing the prospecting and closing of new contractors for various Trade Brands.

Most recently, Jeremy worked at ServiceMaster as a Franchise Development Manager, where they focused on franchise sales and development. Currently, they hold the role of Director of Franchise Sales at Neighborly®, starting in 2023.

Jeremy W. obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in the financial industry. In October 2011, they received the FINRA Series 79 - Limited Representative - Investment Banker certification from the FINRA - Financial Industry Regulatory Authority. In August 2011, they also obtained the FINRA Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent State Law Examination certification from the same institution.
