Pradnya Avhad

Pradnya Avhad has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. Pradnya is currently working as a Program Manager, Digital at Neighborly, starting in May 2020. Prior to this, they served as a Principal Program Manager at Sabre Corporation from March 2016 to May 2020. Pradnya also worked at ASAP Solutions Group, LLC (Client - AT&T) as a Sr. Consultant & Lead Program/Delivery Manager from May 2012 to March 2016. Pradnya started their career at JCPenney as a Software Engineer in February 2008 and stayed with the company until May 2012. Additionally, Pradnya briefly worked as a QA Consultant at Mary Kay Global from October 2007 to January 2008.

Pradnya Avhad completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science at Pune University. Pradnya has also obtained several additional certifications including Product Strategy from Kellogg Executive Education in April 2022, Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in January 2022, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in November 2017, Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in November 2015, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in November 2019.
