Elijah Finister MBA is a highly experienced Chief Operating Officer who has excelled in various roles within different companies. In their most recent role at Neighbors, LLC, Elijah was instrumental in restructuring operational infrastructure and developing growth strategies. Prior to that, Elijah held leadership positions at Ilera Holistic Healthcare, Safety-Kleen, The Coca-Cola Company, TETRA Technologies, Inc., and Shell, where Elijah demonstrated their expertise in operational management, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement. Elijah holds an MBA from Louisiana State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
