Neighbors Counseling is a trauma model informed counseling practice that promotes meaningful change. We offer an empowering, diverse, and safe environment for clients. Our current services include; Individual/Group therapy, public/workplace wellness events, and trauma-informed training. Our team uses methods from Adlerian Psychology, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapies, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing. We specialize in complex trauma, traumatic stress, dissociative disorders, SRA abuse, social anxiety, general anxiety, obsessive compulsion, bipolar symptoms, grief, depression, LGBTQ needs, play therapy, and addictions.
