Will Carpenter

Will Carpenter, CPTM has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Will currently holds the position of Vice President of Branch Experience at Neighbors Credit Union, a role they have been in since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Organizational Development Manager at the same company from November 2021 to September 2023.

Before joining Neighbors Credit Union, Will Carpenter was the Market Manager at Fortera Credit Union from August 2019 to November 2021. Will also held the position of General Manager at Books A Million from October 2018 to July 2019. In addition, they worked as the Regional Manager and earlier as the General Manager at Gimme A $5 from July 2017 to October 2018, and from May 2016 to July 2017, respectively.

Will'searlier roles include being the General Manager at Hummingbird Restaurant from February 2015 to March 2016, and a Server at Blackhorse Pub & Brewery from February 2013 to November 2014. Will Carpenter began their career as a Department Manager at Murphy's Food Stores, where they served from July 2004 to August 2009.

Will Carpenter, CPTM, holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Austin Peay State University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2015. Will also possesses additional certifications, including a Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) from Training Industry, Inc., obtained in November 2022, and a Six Sigma White Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in 2023.
