Pao Vue

Pao Vue currently serves as the Second Vice President and Retail Managing Officer at MidWestOne Bank, along with the role of CRA Mortgage Banking Officer, a position held since January 2022. In addition, Pao Vue has been a Housing Professional Educator Volunteer at NeighborWorks Home Partners since March 2023. Previous experience includes working as a Licensed Banker at Bank Mutual from July 2015 to June 2018 and as a Manager at Guaranty Bank FSB from September 2012 to July 2015. Pao Vue also has experience in the insurance industry, having worked as an Independent Insurance Agent from January 2011 to July 2015. Academic credentials include a Leadership and Management Program from Wharton Online, completed in December 2022, an ongoing pursuit of an Insurance, Property, Casualty and Life Insurance License with Kaplan Professional Schools, and studies in Finance and General Studies at North Hennepin Community College.
