Valbona Litja

Valbona Litja has over 17 years of work experience in operations management, project management, and retail operations. In 2022, they began working as an Operations Manager for Neighbourly. From 2020-2022, they worked as an Operations Manager for Temperley London, where they were responsible for leading the operational side of Phoenix Studios, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day activities. From 2018-2020, they worked as a Project Manager for Mountain Warehouse and an Operations Consultant for LNDR. From 2004-2018, they worked for Ted Baker in various roles, including European Retail Operations, European Payroll Specialist, Retail Operations Secondment in Germany, and Stock Control Management.

Valbona Litja obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business, Economics and Finance from London Metropolitan University between 2000 and 2004. Valbona then went on to pursue a Master of Science (MSc) in Accounting and Finance from Brunel University London between 2005 and 2006.
