Michael Dun

Director Of Product Development at The Neil Jones Food Company

Michael Dun, CCS has over 20 years of experience in the food industry. Michael started their career in 1999 as a Research & Development Supervisor at Q&B Foods, Inc. In 2004, they joined The Neil Jones Food Company as a Research & Development Manager and later progressed to Senior Technical Manager, Science & Technology. Michael then served as Senior QA Manager and Culinary Director before becoming the Director of Product Development in 2018.

Michael Dun received a Certificate from The Culinary Institute of America in 2013. Prior to that, they attended Cal Poly from 1997 to 2000 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Biochemistry. In terms of additional certifications, Michael is a Certified Culinary Scientist from the Research Chefs Association and has obtained HACCP certification from NSF International.
