Iain Stevenson-Wood FCIPD has extensive work experience in the travel and tourism industry. Iain started their career as an Overseas Representative at Thomas Cook in 1999, where they worked until 2006. In this role, they were responsible for providing support and assistance to customers abroad.
In 2006, Iain joined Neilson Active Holidays as an Operation Manager, overseeing the operations of the company. Iain then progressed to become a General Manager, successfully managing a 300-bed resort hotel in Lesvos, Greece. During this time, they exceeded revenue targets and ensured the smooth running of the hotel's commercial operations.

In addition, from 2011 to 2013, they obtained an M level advanced diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD. Iain attended Swinton Comprehensive School from 1990 to 1997, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
