Britt Jackson

Britt Jackson has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as Vice President of Retail Excellence and Operations at Neiman Marcus Group since June 2015. In this role, Britt oversees key operational areas, including efficiency, productivity, sales excellence, visual merchandising, labor planning, and P&L management. Prior experience includes multiple leadership roles at Saks Fifth Avenue from February 1993 to May 2015, culminating in the position of Vice President and General Manager, where Britt managed overall store operations and strategy execution. With a foundational education in Fashion Merchandising from International Fine Arts College and experiences ranging from selling manager to assistant manager in various departments, Britt has cultivated a comprehensive skill set in retail and operations.
