Clint Thomas

Clint Thomas, PE, CEM, EnergyMBA, currently serves as the Senior Manager of Facilities & ESG at Neiman Marcus Group since November 2024. Prior to this role, Clint held significant positions at Texas Christian University, where responsibilities included directing asset management and technical services, managing a $2.2 billion portfolio, and reorganizing the Electrical Systems Department to enhance performance and reduce costs. Earlier experience includes serving as Energy Manager at Southern Methodist University, where initiatives for net-zero emissions and demand response programs were implemented. Clint also worked as an Energy Engineer at UT Southwestern Medical Center, leading decarbonization strategies to substantially reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University and an MBA in Energy from Texas Christian University, along with Professional Engineer and Certified Energy Manager certifications.
