Jim Ritter

Jim Ritter is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in leading technology initiatives within the retail sector. Since December 2002, Jim has served as Senior Director of the IT Business Office at Neiman Marcus Group, overseeing key teams such as the IT PMO, VMO, Financial Planning, and Contract Management. Previous roles at Neiman Marcus Group include Director of the Innovation Office PMO, where Jim managed a large team focused on strategic initiatives, and Director of the Office of the CIO, leading various services across the IT organization. Earlier positions involved significant contributions to the development and transformation of IT systems, including the successful execution of the NMG One project. Prior to Neiman Marcus, Jim held the position of VP of Retail Solutions at Vistyx Corp., driving P&L management and business development. Jim began their career at AAFES, ascending through progressively responsible roles from retail management to business analyst and project management. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Western Kentucky University.
