Mike Litwin

Mike Litwin has extensive experience in real estate and corporate management, currently serving as Vice President of Real Estate and Corporate Officer at Neiman Marcus since February 2019, where Mike has been instrumental in transforming the company's $3 billion portfolio and securing over $220 million in capital for supply chain enhancements. Previously, Mike Litwin was the Founder and CEO of Clearview Growth, and held CEO roles at Atmosphere Commercial Interiors and Target Commercial Interiors. Mike Litwin's career also includes significant leadership positions in corporate real estate at Target, along with board roles at Omni Workspace and the Minneapolis Downtown Improvement District. Mike Litwin holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Master's in Construction Management from Stanford University.
