Mayanga Rajab Guma

Mayanga Rajab Guma is an experienced Pastry Chef with a diverse background in the culinary industry, currently working at Nejoud Restaurant Management Company as a Pastry Chef since April 2022 and also serving as the Head Chef at NI8 Cafe since January 2021. Mayanga has held various roles in esteemed establishments including Colline Hotel Ltd, Global Hotel Group, and the Parliament of the Republic of Uganda, demonstrating a solid commitment to pastry arts since November 2008 at Mayfair Casino and Ilipatio Italian Restaurant. Mayanga's educational background includes diplomas in Food & Beverages and Institutional Catering and Hotel Management from Utali College in Kenya and Celak Voc College in Uganda, further enhancing professional expertise in the culinary field.
