Pallavi Karande

Pallavi Karande has extensive work experience spanning several companies and industries. Pallavi is currently the Head of Operations at Neki since July 2022. Prior to this, they founded and served as the CEO of Kinderzone, a role they held from April 2019.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Pallavi worked as a Business Operations Management Consultant/Director at a Business Operations Management Company from April 2017 to April 2019.

Pallavi also held senior leadership positions at Vforce Infotech, including Chief Operations Officer from March 2015 to February 2017 and Vice President from December 2010 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Pallavi worked as an Assistant Vice President at Software Research Group from January 2007 to August 2009.

Pallavi Karande attended Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1998. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree in Electronics & Power.
