Alla Prokhorova

Alla Prokhorova has a strong background in human resources, with experience ranging from HR manager and HRD roles to lead of recruiting positions. Alla has worked for various companies, including Nekki, Vivix Studios, RJ Games, LANIT, Nival Network, and Publishing Group AST. Alla'sresponsibilities have included recruitment, onboarding, HR process organization, candidate sourcing, analytics tracking, and employee support and communication.

Alla Prokhorova attended PWC Academy in 2021-2022, focusing on Business Coaching (ICF). Prior to that, they pursued a magister degree in sociology at Moscow Pedagogical State University from 2002 to 2008. In 2003-2004, they also studied English Language and Literature, General at Akademia Pedagogiczna im. Komisji Edukacji Narodowej w Krakowie.
