Andrey Esbern

Andrey Esbern has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and HR management. Andrey started their career as an HR Manager at Etazhi in October 2018, where they worked until February 2019. Andrey then joined Sberbank as an IT recruiter in February 2019 and was later promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter in March 2020. Andrey worked at Sberbank until April 2021. In May 2021, they joined M.Video as an IT recruiter and stayed with the company until December 2021. Currently, Andrey is employed at Nekki, where they started as a Technical Recruiter in December 2021 and was subsequently promoted to Lead Technical Recruiter in June 2023.

Andrey Esbern attended Baikal State University, where they studied finance under the general direction. Andrey also obtained a certification in "IT-recruitment: successful candidate search in the IT field. Basic course" from Netology Group in 2019.
