Jessica Boss

Jessica Boss has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Jessica is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Neko Health, a Swedish healthtech company. Prior to this, they worked as a Tech Talent Lead at Octopus Energy and Kraken Technologies, where they achieved notable successes in improving hiring processes and enhancing the technical hiring experience. Jessica also has experience as a Talent Manager at Generative Engineering, a deep-tech company focused on innovative design technology, and as a Talent Partner (Technology) at Arrival, a UK-based technology company. Jessica started their career at Harnham, a specialist recruitment agency, where they worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant and successfully built and managed the Python Software Engineering desk.

Jessica Boss completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Leeds from 2015 to 2018. In 2023, they attended Harvard University where they completed the CS50 course, which introduced their to Computer Science.
