Noa Perry-Reifer

Noa Perry-Reifer holds a strong background in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Chief People Officer at Neko Health since May 2025. Previously, Noa held the same title at On from September 2017 to April 2025, focusing on culture and people management. Prior experience includes positions as Executive Director - EMEA HR Business Partner at Goldman Sachs, and Associate Consultant in Organisation, Change & Leadership at Booz & Company. Noa also worked as an HR Business Partner at Marvell and as a Learning & Development Professional at Niram Gitan Group, contributing to various high-profile projects. Educationally, Noa earned an MSc in Organizational Behavior Studies and Business from Tel Aviv University and a BA in Psychology & Business from Reichman University.
