Amy Allen has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Amy began their career in 1999 at PTC, where they worked in accounting and finance until 2001. Amy then joined The Boston Beer Company as a Financial Planning Analyst, where they stayed until 2004. From 2004 to 2006, Amy worked as a Consultant at PwC.

In 2006, they joined Biogen Idec, where they worked in business planning until 2008. Amy then moved to Acceleron Pharma, where they served as a Finance Manager from 2008 to 2010.

In 2011, Amy joined Nektar Therapeutics as a Finance Manager, focusing on financial planning and analysis. Over the years, they progressed through various roles within the company, including Associate Director of FP&A, Director of FP&A, and Senior Director of PDM Outsourcing & Finance. Currently, Amy holds the position of Executive Director of Finance & Outsourcing at Nektar Therapeutics.
