Brandon “Chico” Jones

Brandon "Chico" Jones has over 20 years of experience in information technology roles. Brandon “Chico” started their career as a Client/Server Engineer at South Carolina Bank and Trust, where they provided support to a growing banking institution. Brandon “Chico” was later promoted to Network Administrator and served as a mentor to Help Desk technicians.

In 2004, Jones became the Director of Information Technology at Three Rivers Behavioral Health, where they were responsible for managing all computers, servers, and peripherals for two inpatient behavioral hospitals. Brandon “Chico” also implemented data security and disaster recovery measures.

In 2015, Jones joined The Heart Center as a Network Specialist, supporting all PCs, peripherals, and medical modalities. Brandon “Chico” also provided complex problem-solving assistance to physicians and nurse practitioners.

Currently, Jones is a Senior Information Systems Administrator at Nektar Therapeutics. Brandon “Chico”'srole involves maintaining Microsoft Windows server hardware and software in a VMWare environment.

Jones has a proven track record of effectively solving complex technical problems and contributing to the development of companies' concepts and principles.

Brandon "Chico" Jones obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from Orangeburg-Calhoun Technical College, where they studied from 1994 to 1996. In addition, they obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Microsoft in April 2003.
