Mike Cormier

Mike Cormier is an experienced automation project manager currently employed at Nel Hydrogen, overseeing internal automation solutions for component fabrication and assembly processes since April 2022. Prior positions include serving as a senior electronic project engineer at Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company, where responsibility encompassed all technical aspects of safety-critical aerospace projects, and engineering team leader at Bauer, Inc., directing a team responsible for designing custom test and ground support equipment for the aviation industry. Cormier's career also includes roles at 3M, where Mike managed test engineering and development for filtration products, as well as positions in manufacturing engineering and military service as an electronic technician in the US Navy. Cormier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Eastern Connecticut State University and completed electronics technician training in the US Navy.
