Charlie Casellas

Charlie Casellas has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Charlie started their career at Flexible Packaging Group, where they served as the Operations Manager for the plastics division. Charlie oversaw all aspects of division operations and focused on designing and developing flexible packaging and thermoformed products. Charlie then moved to Catalent Pharma Solutions, where they worked as a Senior Project Engineer, managing the sourcing, purchasing, and commissioning of new pharmaceutical packaging equipment. Charlie joined Pan American Grain as the General Manager, overseeing beverage and sauce manufacturing operations, as well as distribution center operations. In this role, they established operational policies and implemented process improvements. Later, at CSC Lean Consulting, they worked as a Principal, providing consulting services. Currently, they serve as the Director of Operations at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging.

Charlie Casellas attended the Rochester Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc degree in Packaging Science.
