Graeme Whitfield

Graeme Whitfield has a variety of work experience in operations management and lean manufacturing. Graeme is currently the Director of Operations at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging since April 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Interim Operations Manager at Cepac Limited from September 2020 to March 2021. From January 2018 to January 2020, Graeme served as the Director at SP & C Ltd, where they supported global sites in delivering operational strategies and implementing lean manufacturing and technology improvements. Graeme also held roles such as Project Integration Manager at VMI North, Lean Specialist at AMS Atlanta, Interim Operations Site Director at Weedon Group, Lean Manufacturing Consultant at Vantage Mobility Intl, Director of Advanced Manufacturing and Technology at Coveris UK, Operations Manager at B&K UK, and Operations Director at Mondi Packaging (Stoke).

Graeme Whitfield began their education in 1990 at Coventry University, where they pursued a degree in Manufacturing Systems Engineering. Graeme successfully completed their studies in this field in 1994. After a few years, in 1995, Graeme attended the Henley School of Management where they obtained a Certificate in Management after a year of study.
