Jack Clarke has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Jack started their career at Standard Life, where they worked in pensions from 1986 to 1992. Jack then joined Dell as an engineer from 1996 to 2001. Next, they worked at Flextronics as an account manager from 2001 to 2004.
In 2004, they joined Creganna Medical and held multiple positions over the years. These roles include production manager, program manager, prototype operations manager, business unit manager, operational excellence manager, customer service manager, global commercial manager, and senior manager of engineering. Jack worked at Creganna Medical until 2021.
In 2021, Jack Clarke joined Nelipak Healthcare Packaging as the director of operations. Jack was later promoted to the role of European director of operations (Rigids).

Jack Clarke completed their education with a diverse range of qualifications. Jack began by attending St. Andrews National School from 1978 to 1982, where they received their Leaving Cert from Rockwell College from 1982 to 1986. Clarke then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Munster Technological University, which they completed between 2002 and 2006. In 2009, they enrolled at Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd to pursue a Master's degree in Lean Operations, which they successfully obtained in 2011.
