Paul Treible has a diverse range of experience in various leadership positions. Paul is currently the Global Vice President of Engineering & Technology at Nelipak Healthcare Packaging since August 2019. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President of Research and Development from July 2017 to July 2019, where they focused on developing cost-competitive automation solutions and improving quality testing. From April to July 2017, they held the position of VP of Operations, responsible for the integration of newly acquired sites and implementing strategies to improve cost, quality, and service.

Before joining Nelipak, Paul was the President of COMPUTER DESIGNS CUSTOM THERMOFORMING from November 2014 to March 2017. During their tenure, they negotiated acquisitions, developed cross-functional teams, and aligned organizational strategy to improve buying power and negotiate with business partners. Prior to that, they served as Vice President from February 2003 to October 2014, where they focused on generating organic revenue growth, developing relationship-marketing strategies, and negotiating long-term agreements.

Paul Treible has a diverse education history. Paul began their studies in 1986 at the Pennsylvania College of Technology, where they pursued two associate degrees. Paul completed their AAS in Toolmaking Technology (TT) in 1989, focusing on machine tool operations and theory. Additionally, they earned an AAS in Automated Manufacturing Technology (AF) in 1988, concentrating on computer-enhanced manufacturing.

After a gap of more than two decades pursuing other endeavors, Paul Treible returned to their education in 2010. Paul enrolled at the Pennsylvania College of Technology once again and completed their Bachelor's degree in Technology Management in 2014. During their undergraduate studies, they aimed to develop skills in business management.

Continuing their educational journey, Paul Treible pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Penn State University. Paul started their MBA program in 2014 and successfully completed it in 2016. Through their studies, they aimed to gain advanced knowledge and expertise in various aspects of business administration.
