Scot Bearss

Scot Bearss, PMP, has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Scot started as an Administrative Assistant, Human Resources at Yale University in June 2017, and later transitioned to the role of Digital Marketing Coordinator. Scot then became a Technology Training Specialist and eventually a Sustainability Outreach Manager.

In August 2021, Scot joined Nelnet Renewable Energy as a Marketing Manager and later took on the role of Project Leader, Innovation. In this position, they originated and fully managed an internal start-up business line called "Net Zero," which offers carbon neutrality services to educational institutions. Scot's responsibilities included developing comprehensive plans, managing clean energy infrastructure projects, and providing sustainability literacy training.
